The initial consultation went well, John is very professional and knowledgeable about roofing. He laid out exactly what he would do and answered any questions I had. John also came highly recommended from co-workers and the local lumber company.
John immediately sent a detailed estimate for the services we discussed. The price was very competitive, compared to an alternate quote I received. I had no doubt about moving forward, so I signed the agreement and scheduled the job.
John was able to fit me into his schedule rather quickly, because I had a smaller roof and the weather allowed for it. The job took about a day and a half total. The finished product looks great and I am very happy with the result. John gave a 1 year warranty on workmanship, along with the warranty that comes from the manufacturer for materials.
John promptly sent the invoice and we met to exchange payment and lien waiver for all materials and labor. The final invoice came in lower than the initial estimate, which was a nice surprise.
