On May 26th I called Bosch with a problem on the Bosch dishwasher, They recommended this repair service and an appointment was made for June 1st, 1600-1630. At 1700 he had still not arrived so I contacted him. I was informed he was running late and wondered if I still wanted him to come, I said yes. He arrived after 1730 and rented on for considerable time about his brother in law in business issues he was having. He then stated a computer board was damaged (warrantied), and he would order it and return another day to fix the dishwasher, charge $59.95 for which I paid. On June 9th the same repair individual returned with the new board. After installing it he discovered it did not solve the problem. He spent time calling Bosch tech support, and also spent sometime venting, again. On June 10th, the same repair individual returned again and began troubleshooting the problem by changing a pump. In the end after considerable time on the phone with Tech support he announced that both pumps were good and a valve motor was shorted causing the main computer board to burn out. He would order both and reschedule. He also announced how much of a learning experience it was for him. On June 11th I received a call setting an appointment for Friday June 17th to repair the appliance. Thursday June 16th, I received a call cancelling the appointment because the valve part had gone back order. I expressed considerable disappointment in the time frame this whole attempted repair had elapsed. I was informed it wasn't his fault. Tuesday June 21st I received a call that the part was in and a Friday June 24th appointment was made between 9-9:30am. June 24th Friday 0930 no repairman. I received a call at 09:45 from his scheduler stating he was enroute and would arrive in 15 minutes. The repairman arrived at 1005 and sat in his truck until 1010. Entered the house still talking on his phone and proceeded to work on the dishwasher the was partially disassembled from a previous visit. Quickly he decided that the valve he previously determined was shorted was now in fact good and not shorted. He made a call to Bosch technical support who's name I asked for and was informed it was none of my concern. After considerable time troubleshooting the problem with Tech support and an ohm meter he again announced that the problem was now a different switch. At this point my patience had reached his limit and I expressed my frustration with the repair process and his lacking knowledge and the inability to fix my dishwasher. He proclaimed what a huge inconvenience it had been to him and that he would reassemble the dishwasher and leave. I agreed that his latest plan was probably best but the only person inconvenience here was us, the customer, he disagreed and stated that the long time frame was mostly my fault because I haven't been readily available. At that point I decided it was best to remain quiet, and asked my eldest son who is an adult to join us in case things further deteriorated. I quietly sat down and did not say anything more. He reassembled the dishwasher, to what level I have no way of knowing. The last words spoken was his, as he was going out the door he proclaimed; "I can trash him and any other repairman all I want."

Yes, I recommend this pro
Dustin confirmed that the drain pump was too noisy and he did not have one with him.  He said it would only take a few days to obtain a pump from Bosch and he was correct.  In 2 or 3 days Dustin called to make an appointment to install the pump.
Dustin called to say he was running late but it turned out to only be about 15 minutes.  The pump replacement took about 15 minutes and then Dustin re-programmed the dishwasher so as to raise the water temp since I had complained about glasses coming out with soap residue. He said instruction for this are in the owners manual.
The dishwasher now runs silently again and everything comes out sparkling clean.  The cost of the repair and service call was covered by warranty.  Very pleased with the service from Dustin Rader.
