Garage Door Service
He was on time and ready to go when he got here. It's the second time I've used him. Last time both doors were WAY out of way, one of them needed new springs and essentially rehung. He did a great job. That one is still whisper quiet and the other is close behind now. Pat's a very down to earth guy. I call him the garage door whisperer as he's amazingly in tune with them and what it takes to make them work great.
My first visit cost more than this visit due to significantly more work, but only about twice as much, not including parts. He's very reasonable and will work with you on the cost. For example, if it's a 5 minute safety switch adjustment, he's not going to charge you $175 like the big boys just to come out for a service call.
