Owner Matthew Davis did not provide stamped blueprints.  Will not respond to our calls.  Has repeatedly lied to us telling us every time we were able to reach him that he was going that day to pick up our prints.  Unfortunately, we have already paid him and he took our check to our bank and cashed it the same day.  At this point, he will not return our calls and we now need to find an architect to review and stamp our prints so we can proceed with obtaining our build permit.  We had to resort to calling him from phone numbers that he wouldn't recognize as ours.  He answered those calls and told us he was on his way to get our prints but then never called us back.  Repeated calls and messages go unanswered.  We now have to put off our foundation company until we can get our prints approved by Raymore resulting in delays and additional costs.
