Description of Work: Removed 8 trees in backyard. One was a large river birch that went over the house and fence.

Description of Work: They took down two trees for us. They took down a big sweet gum tree, that kept dropping those pinchy brown balls. It got to be a real mess in the yard.

Description of Work: We needed a tree removed from our front yard. Within 24-48 hours of contacting the company someone was sent to the house for an estimate. We accepted the estimated and submitted the required approval. Two weeks after mailing the required paperwork accepting the job we received no communication from Mathias. I contacted the owner at least twice with no return call. I then contacted the office and was told they would page the manager and have him call me. I still did not receive a return call. I contacted the office again and was told the office staff would definitely contact me with a date wheb the service would be scheduled. The knowledge of the expected service date was needed especially since we needed to move a bush that was in the way of the equipment needed to remove the tree. Again no call back was received and the service was performed without our knowledge which resulted in our bush getting trampled by the equipment. The equipment needed to remove the stump was broken the day the tree was removed and again we had to wait for completion of the job.

Description of Work: Removed a large, 50 year old oak tree that was hanging over our home. They also regraded and laid pipe to control runoff, then sodded and reseeded various areas.
