They were honest with me up front that they weren't sure if they could, but they would take a look at it. I asked if they would take a look at it and charge me and they said no, there wouldn't be any charge if they couldn't fix it. That meant a lot to me. The overall experience was great because they were able to identify the problem, and they were honest with me to let me know that they weren't able to fix the problem. They were very honest company and they were very willing to help you get your car back on the road. I went there and then I went there for follow up. I dropped the car off, they evaluated it, then they let me know they weren't able to fix it but they told me where I could get it, they recommended where I could get it done.
