Heritage Masonry & Mike Souders
recently produced a patio fireplace, herb garden and cook station for our
family. He also produced requested additional
work with extra materials ie. a Bocce area rock table with no difficulty.
The bid came in quickly. The communication was always excellent. And, the pricing was fair. He was able to
work within our budget, and handled change orders (design changes)
professionally and swiftly.
Mike and his crew were dependable and
able to respond to small suggested modifications during the project.
When asked for sealing product
suggestions, Mike was able to produce them and then do the necessary sealing
based upon the look and durability my wife and I desired.
In this day and age of contractors who
do not alwasys communicate well?Heritage Masonry and Mike Souders were the
exception?consistently.
We love our patio, fireplace, and herb
garden. We have enjoyed many hours
entertaining guests in this wonderful new space at our home.
