Fran-Tab Construction

The project went great. We had been getting bids for this project off and on over two years that we felt were all way out of line with the work requested (some at high at 45k) or we never heard back from them after they came out to do a quote. Our error seemed to be going with I guess some would call "shade-tree" independent gentlemen who had been referred by word of mouth. After joining and reviewing Angie's List we called Frank at Fran-Tab who is an established builder in Rolla, MO and found a reasonable quote from a very punctual owner who was willing to quote just what we asked. His crew was there each day on-time and put in a full day of work and the owner Frank was either there daily or made regular visits while his crew was working. There were no surprises and the final fee was his quoted price. The crew cleaned up along the way during the project and on completion. We were not in a rush for this project to be completed once started and Frank was up front that he had several projects going at the time so he would need to pull his crew occasionally to help on the other projects. This was not an issue for us, and in reality it was only a couple of days that they were not here working. I would highly recommend you talk to Fran-Tab Construction before you make a decision on your building needs. I will be calling them back for a couple of other projects that we have planned.

Frank (owner) was very friendly and responded rapidly to our request of an estimate. We walked around the property, discussed all work that would be done and scheduled a time for him to return. He returned on time and had all the work completed in a few days. My husband and I were very pleased with the end results and highly recommend this company.
