he had a big challenge to work with a 100 yr old farm house. When you live in St Louis, you try to find someone who can do great service who you can trust.

I had to review Darin because he is the contractor I always dream of finding when I need work done. He was recommended by someone at one of the big hardware stores and I went back and thanked that person! He has all the good qualities you want: He is honest, he works hard, does accurate and neat work, he stays busy but tries his best to work you in, he knows his tools, he is very fair in his charges. He listens to you when you tell him what you want. He takes time to bring things to your attention instead of guessing what you would like him to do. He takes a little longer than he guesses it will but it is all in the name of quality. The amount I gave above is a guess as my records are packed for moving but he charges by the square foot. If you are lucky enough to find he has time to do your job hire him!
