The proprietor, Jeffery Bean, operates by cruising wooded neighborhoods, knocking on doors to secure work. Initially, I was very happy with the tree trimming he completed.
I later hired him to remove some honeysuckle brush in a wooded area of my property. The area he cleared was at the bottom of a steep hill. He attempted to haul the brush, along with some large stumps and branches from dead trees he had cut down, up the hill with his van and a flat trailer. The wheels spun and left some "skid marks" at the bottom of my hill. He unloaded the debris and promised to return when the lawn was dry and remove the debris. That was in April and now it's late July.
When contacted, he would always say, "I'm finishing a job and I'll be by your house next week....." He is now unresponsive and will not return a phone call. The brush, stumps and debris still sit at the bottom of my hill along with one of his wheel barrows.
Jeffery is polite and will even say, "Thank-you and God Bless You" but he walked-away from this job. Maybe he skipped town? Maybe in Jail? Maybe injured on a job? Who knows?
Avoid this hustler when he knocks on your door.
Thanks,
Tom Elliott
