Reliable Radon LLC showed up earlier than expected and took less time to set everything up that was expected. They were very polite and very efficient with their time. They made sure to consult with me before placing the mitigation system so we could decide on the best placement. The pipe in the basement is as close to the corner of the foundation as was possible, allowing us to hide it behind a cabinet in the future. The venting system on the outside of the house is very well hidden on the side of the chimney stack and behind a tree. When facing the house it is impossible to notice the mitigation system. Very happy with their customer service and would recommend Reliable Radon LLC to anyone.

The owner and the two associates were professional, friendly and courteous. They explained everything that they were doing and reviewed the information when they were completely finished. The job they did was excellent! They also did a fine cleanup job afterwards. We recommended them to our family and neighbors!

Description of Work: We are St. Louis Realtors and have used many radon testing and/or mitigation services over the years. In the past couple of years, we have used Patrick Butler of Reliable Radon LLC a number of times. Each time, he has been flat-out awesome in his reliablity, pricing and particularly his professionalism both with our clients and us. We are in a service-based industry on a very personal level since we are dealing with people's homes. Our clients often rely on us as a source for good contractors so when we find professional, service-oriented contractors it only makes us look better. We will continue to use and recommed Patrick in the future.
