Found I&S online and this was the first time we used this company. Very happy we tried them! He takes before and after pictures and texts them to you real time. We have a pool very near to our house and he was careful not to let debris fall in the pool. He cleaned up any leave mess that dropped from the gutters. Photo is of blocked gutter that was full of water. He took a video of the water and then it draining when he unclogged it. Very responsive and reasonable. Paid via Venmo. Very convenient! Highly recommend and will use again!

Ivan was immediately responsive to a request for a quote - I'm sure he works well with people who prefer doing business "old school" but for me, with a quick text and a couple pictures I had a (very reasonable) quote and timeframe to have the work done. (No more than 48 hours.) I believe it was actually the next day and he contacted me with the agreed advance notice saying he could be out in the afternoon. Work was professional and efficient. He doesn't dilly dally to make it seem like he is doing more than he is - he gets the work done fast with no shortcuts. Speaking for myself, I'd just as soon not have one or more people on my roof taking their lunch, killing time and aggravating my dog for an hour (and do half the job Ivan does in half the time) while I work from home. Another note on his efficiency and ability to work to the desires of the customer -- he sent a few photos right when he got up on the roof, a few when he had completed the work and was able to take Venmo for payment almost before he left the driveway. Bing bang boom, he's awesome and recommended without hesitation. I'll be having him back twice a year at least!!

Ivan was able to get me in fast to get my gutters cleaned. They were a mess as the house had been neglected for many years. Ivan was easy to communicate with and he replied in a timely manner. I will definitely use him again in the future.
