Roettering Appliance

Called Roettering on a Monday afternoon. They agreed to come to our home between 9-11 am on Wednesday morning. They were there during that time and immediately assessed the problem. A main control board would need to be ordered, as this was not a part that was stocked. The part came into the company on Thursday and the repairman took the part with him for a Friday delivery/repair, even though a time had not been set up. The company had called me on Thursday afternoon, but I was gone and left a message. I was able to get ahold of the office on Friday and they set up an appointment for between 12-2 pm. They were able to do this because the service man had thought to take the part with him. He knew that this was important to us and made time in his schedule to fit us in.He was there in the time arranged and it took about 5 minutes to install the new control board. Service man was patient as he let me clean up behind the refrigerator before he rolled it back into it's place.
Very nice person. I would definitely use this company for any of my appliance repairs. They work on microwaves, stoves, refrigerators and washer/dryers.
