 + -1 moreI contracted with this provider to install new entry doors. The rear door was installed correctly but a gap was left inside which should have been filled with concrete to match with the same level as the floor. The front door was a special order. The door was installed two inches higher than the living room floor and the step from the outside. Because of the way it was installed, the storm door can't be installed. I contacted Greg and he came to my house and he agreed (after much negotiation) to redo the installation to ensure that it was done properly. Twice he has agreed to come and fix the problem but he has not shown up or called to reschedule. I have made numerous other calls to him and he has not called back.
