Mike was hired to supplement the instaltion of a new system into an old home in the city. I originally was using someone else for the job, but Mike came recommended to me and I can see why. If I had not hired Mike, I don't know how the job would have gotten completed. Mike worked incredibly hard and efficiently to install multiple mini split systems. Previously he had only very limited knowledge of how to install the minisplits systems, however he did a phenomenal job of researching and troubleshooting with the company to figure out the best solution. I was very grateful for Mike's willingness to find solutions no matter what. I would highly recommend Mike for your service needs. I've seen some service providers take their time while trying to fix a problem, but Mike barely stopped moving the entire day he was here. This was a consistent pattern every time he came out to the house to work. I deeply respect people who work hard and are professional. Mike's prices may be a little higher then someone else, but you'll have the peace of mind knowing that it will be professionally done and efficiently completed.

He found out that there was a reduced amount of air passing thru the heating element sensors, which caused them to shut down the heating elements.  He disassembled the A-Coil assembly and cleaned the inside of same.  The air flow came back to normal, and all is working well.  I should get way better heating and cooling from the unit. Excellent work performed by the contractor.  Cleaned up his mess when he was done.  He explained why I had the problem, and what to do to prevent it from happening again.  All around, I could not be more pleased with the service that he performed, and will use him from now on for any problems.  He was very good at explaining how he found the problem, and then fixed in a min. amount of time.  The unit works just fine now, and works less, with more performance than for some time. I would highly recommend the contractor!
