Everyone was smart and kind and easy to communicate with. The installers arrived on time, and worked steadily to complete the job to all of our satisfaction. Experienced and professional. Although the installers encountered problems with our old steal insert, they solved them and went on to carefully install the new unit. They also helped us understand how to temper the insert to extend its life. Now we have fire.
