Peters Heating & Air Conditioning

They have worked for me for a few years. I am extremely impressed with them, and especially Ronnie. I've had problems for years with our GEO system and several other companies worked on my old system and gave me a big bill and never fixed it. Ronnie with in about 1 hour fixed the problem. That sytem finally wore out and Peters put in a new system. It is now about 1 yr old and still running better than the other one ever did. We had a problem with the Church I attend for 30 years, several companies worked on it, and we only had a bill and the problem was'nt fixed. Ronnie new the problem within 15 minutes. These guys are really good! With wrokmanship and price.

Technician arrived, dianosed, repaired and had my system up and running in under 30 minutes. The fee for the service call was very reasonable and the part was under warranty. The reason I gave them a B for pricing is that had the part not been under warranty, the technician informed me that they would have charged me $96 for a part that I could buy at a parts store for $25 or less.

I am on a service contract with them. They come out twice a year.

We just shift to geothermal system. So we used Peter's Heating & Air Conditioning for the system. They were very good and we liked working with them. We choose them as they looked very professional and their bid was also cheaper. They were also willing to other work too.

Great service, as usual.  Showed up on time and thoroughly checked out the inside and outside units.

Repair man arrived at the designated time.  He was professional, respectful and tidy.  He went right to work, had all the repair parts on his truck and within 40 minutes had the A/C repaired and running again.

Their price was good and the equipment I had was good. They were also professional. We got everything put in and then it developed a leak so I repaired. But it looked liked they kind of put it in too close the line it caused the leak.

Randy was always very polite and professional . Since I am considering selling my house and building a new house, I decided against geothermal for now and another vendor provided a more attractive proposal for a traditional system; however, when I build I will not hesitate with getting a proposal from this company.

Overall, our experience with Peters Heating and Air Conditioning was excellent. We had bids from 2 other companies. We decided on Peters due to their professionalism during the quote process, timeliness of their bid, and suggestions on products that would best meet our needs. They were very knowledgeable and quoted several options.
The work was also done in a professional and timely manner. They let us know when they would be here and were here. They kept their work areas orderly and clean. When they were finished, all debris was removed.
They sent us all the paperwork needed to obtain tax credits and rebates, and sent in the information for the rebate to Cuivre River.
So far the system they installed works great. Our home is more evenly heated and comfortable.
I would recommend their services to anyone.

It has been going wonderfully. It'll be about a month before it's finished, as the ground is still soggy. They even gave me references, which I checked out. It was even better than I expected. That was very encouraging.
