We also carry a line of seed and fertilizer that we are proud of this goes along with aeroation and slit seeding. Did I forget to mention sod and finish grading. I called several times and never received a returned call.
"Mister [Member Name Removed] had decided he didnt want to pay the bill he ran up on his properties He had went against all agreements he made thru a third party and said he didnt owe it. After 6 months of avoiding me I told him to pay less than half the bill and he still was not pleased. I would never buy/rent anything this slumlord owns. Buyer beware. The price raised because it was a rental property that he discontinued service on. The next season I took care of it when he called and it was out of control. Anyone interested I have before and after pics of the place both seasons."
