Arnold stole $5k from me for a room expansion. He couldn't get the county to approve the permit and never refunded my money. I sued him and won (he never showed up to court...surprise surprise) however, because he has nothing and he closed his checking account, I was never able to collect. I saw that Channel 5 did an investigation on him for doing the same thing to another couple. Stay away from this guy.

He got most of the roof installed and did not finish the guttering, siding, or attic vents. He did not complete the room addition. He only got the foundation completed. This job was supposed to take 30 days or less from October 2012 and it is still not completed.
