 + -1 moreWent very well. We were able to get same day service, and he worked diligently and quickly. Once he identified and replaced the problem wire, he noticed a and quot;hot-spotand quot; on the outside of the house where the main comes in and he offered to patch it up with electrical tape for free. I was a little suspicious--but I examined the work afterwards and he was correct--our home inspector had missed the hot-spot on the main and he had patched it for free since it was such a safety risk. A very nice guy who provided great service. He came in jeans and a t-shirt so he didn't look all that professional, but for how long he spent here, his price was fantastic. The wire was underneath the kitchen counter so it took him a while to get in there, and I was worried we would be stuck with a huge bill. I will call him again when we need service.
