As promised Mike came over that day and showed me that the rubber seal at the bottom of the garage due to the high weather temperatures that the seal was sticking to the floor which the cement was sealed cause the door to jerk while opening. He explain that a simple cleaning of the floor where the seal sits and clean the seal and coat it with some lite veg oil would take care of the issue. He also explained to me the function of the door itself and also sprayed all the hinges and tracks and rollers and looked over his installation. It was very professional and excellent . I was one very happy customer. Please note that his company installed this garage door and many other in the subdivision , this is a new home approx 9 months old. Weather it was under warranty or not, I would of been happy to pay a bill after the pleasant experience I had with mike and advantage door company.

Tom showed up right on time and had the door fixed and working like it was a brand new door. He even went out of his way to fix a small little issue with my other door and didint even charge. I priced around before calling Advantage Door and no one was even close.
