Our A/C went out on the first 100 + day of summer '21. Connor was great, he arrived early and had our A/C going in a half hour or so. He is a great guy, knowledgeable, thorough and didn't try to upsell. We've used them in the past with the same outstanding results. We highly recommend Able H&C!!

I just happened to come across Able heat & Cool by searching for AC repair in Moscow Mills. They called me about 30 minutes before my scheduled time to confirm. The Technician was there right on time. The technician was smart and knew his stuff. I had called another AC repair in Troy in previous years about the AC not cooling and all they wanted to do was sell me a new unit. Able Heat and Cool just wanted to get my unit cooling again. It turned out i was low on freon. After he added some freon and did some maint checks on the unit...it is now cooling better than it has for the last 8 years. I will use Able Heat & Cool for all my AC/Furnace needs. Thanks for doing a great job.

Added Freon as needed and also noticed that the capacitor was starting hard. Tested the capacitor and replaced it saving me the expense of a service call in the near future. Was very thorough in specific work required as well as explaining why the work was needed. Did not try to upsell me on any work that was not required.

I have been using Able for over a year now and have nothing but the highest praise for them. This is a company that truly believe in service. When they set an appointment, they will be there. Also, they call when they are on the way so you aren't sitting around for hours. The prices are reasonable and the quality of work is top notch. Roy will often talk to you about exactly what he has done for regular maintenance and, when I needed emergency repairs on a Sunday, explained what had gone wrong and what he did to fix it.

Absolutely great. I will definitely use Able again for my heating and cooling. Local business, family owned and service couldn't be better on the hottest day of the year and worst timing for the A/C to go out. Roy arrived to the house 20 minutes after I called him on a Sunday with the problem of A/C not working. Within an hour the problem was troubleshot and fixed with A/C running to keep the family cool again. Excellent job sir! Keep it up...5 Stars and worth every penny spent.

We had tried to get two other HVAC contractors out to inspect our furnace, Neither showed up on appt date, never called us. Able came out on the day scheduled, On Time, the tech was very professional, found a loose connection which he repaired after discussing with me. This is the easiest and most professional HVAC company I have ever worked with. HIGHLY recommend them, whether for simple annual inspection or for repair/replacement. They are exceptional.

Overall, I think it's been very excellent. They have been very honest about what the problems were and very upfront about what needed to be done. The workers are very thorough and took the time to explain what they are doing. They always show up when they say they're going to show up.

I work at an auto repair shop and ABLE Heat & Cool came and serviced our HVAC with a tune-up. They did such a great job and our electric bill improved significantly, so we signed-up for their annual maintenance plan. Now our building has been staying warmer this winter and it doesn't smell like "dust"! And we're confident they'll keep us cool this summer too.

i called this morning to get a estimate. the compressor was out on my 20 yr old system. i thought his price was resonable and gave him the go ahead.the new unit was deliverd within a few hours and finished by 5pm. Roy was very personable and hard working. i realy apreciated his staying and finishing the job in one day.i recomend his service highly.
