EXCELLENT ISP!!! Their rates are as advertised and not throttled like Time Warner, AT+T, Comcast or other Tier 1 providers. Despite not matching them in download speed their network is able to match Tier 1 providers in streaming performance and gaming lag time. After coming from a Comcast account before I moved I was blown away by how fast the service was despit being limited to 7Mbps. For the record, I have been working in IT and ISP's since 1997. These guys do it right. Internet the way it is supposed ot be. Not this 2 tiered never loading Youtube bull crap while you have to worry abotu big brother watching what you do. This is pure unfettered access to the internet that out performs connections that are rated for higher data rates. Other Pros, their techs know their stuff. The network is stable. They use excellent equipment onsite and in the data center. In the North of KC, there isn't anyone better. South of the River I'd only compare them to Google.

Their rates are decent. You get a good service. It's a lot to get set up, but you get really good customer service and stuff because they're local in the area. They're really good about taking care of things.
