Asphalt Shingle Roofing Repair
Hired to remove a nail that was holding a shingle up. Paid him two hundred dollars to do so and while doing it he called my State Farm insurance agent that than canceled my home owners insurance!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

"Robert Johnson I?m very sorry for the confusion that you?re experiencing but I did not call your insurance company. Upon arriving at your residence you had told me that your insurance company had canceled your insurance two days prior to me coming to your house and I did in fact remove a mail from your roof and replaced a few shingles. I did charge you $200 as well and while up on your roof I done an inspection on it and told you your roof had a significant amount of hail damage. I also snapped a bunch of pictures of the damage and told you to try and submit them to the insurance company that had canceled you and that if they had any question"

Jeremy was amazing, came out same day to give me an estimate and was fully prepared to do the job, my roof was leaking and he and his crew got on up there and replaced my missing shingles. He was honest told me I still have a couple more years before I would need a new roof saving me tons of money right now. When the time comes I will be hiring him again to replace the whole thing!

They did an excellent job on our roof. Very professional and extremely conscientious. Always arrived when they said they would and completed the job on time. They also cleaned up everything and didn t leave a mess in the yard. I would highly recommend them.

I have used Thayer Roofing on several commercial projects along with my residence. A couple of the commercial buildings were old buildings that needed a lot of work. Along with dealing with adjoining buildings there was a lot of issues to deal with. Jeremy and the guys have been there time and again to make sure everything works as it should!!
