Ordered vinyl flooring and carpet. Took almost a month to receive the vinyl. When the vinyl was laid, it had bubbles of air all throughout the kitchen floor and a twist in the flooring where they pushed the refrigerator into position. (I might add that they pushed the refrigerator around using the handle on the bottom freezer door and it is now warped and won't stay on.) When the crew left they told me that I just had a little vacuuming to do. They had dropped staples all throughout the dining and living room. They were very hard to see and were damaging to the vacuum cleaner as well as the ones I stepped on. When Junior Ellison came to my house and saw all of these things he acted very upset and said they would take care of everything, even stating that they would replace the entire kitchen floor to make it right. I asked if there were other alternatives and he said when the weather warmed up that the glue might pull down the bubbles and solve the problem. I was going on a month's vacation, so I told him we would wait and see what happened. When I returned to Missouri the first week of June, I called and left a message for him to call me. No response. I waited a month, thinking their crew might be really busy this time of year and called again. It was the Friday before the 4th of July. The lady said he would not be back until Tuesday because of the holiday and she would leave a note and have him call me first thing. I am still waiting for that call. I mailed him a letter a little over a week ago, asking him to call me so we could resolve these issues, but again no response. The carpet that they abutted to the vinyl from the living room into the kitchen has come loose and is now just waiting for someone to trip on it and break their neck. I do not recommend this company to anyone. Their very young crew appears to be very inexperienced and does very sloppy work.
