Professional sales associate, good listening skills. Discovered that tile sample I selected after taking it home was no longer available. The better if would have been to learn that before leaving the store with samples.

The woman who helped us, Stephanie, was really helpful and worked within our price range and she was really professional, she knew what she was doing, she was creative, and she really was good at the tile shop.
