Telle Tire & Auto Service

I was disappointed when my car's original dealer tires only lasted 30,000 miles. I was expecting tires to last around 50,000 miles. I shopped around for new tires and found Telle Tire. I liked their Continental tire recommendation. Continental True Contact is well rated by Consumer Reports and [*** Link removed ***] The $100 price per tire was quite good. Continental rates the tire at 60,0000 mile. I was unfamiliar with Continental. Without the recommendation I wouldn't have checked Continental. Though I'll see how the tires perform. Tires replaced, synthetic oil changed and multipoint inspection done as expected. Waiting room is quiet so I can read or talk. Everything went well.  We priced tires with an auto center or two.  We decided to order from Telle Tire and Auto Service II.  We purchased tires over the phone & they came to the store within a day or two.  Had them put on.  While they were putting the new tires on, they called and said that we probably could use a wheel alignment.  I had a feeling that the car needed the alignment so we told them yes to do it.  We had asked that they do an oil change.  When we requested the change, the desk person said that they had a special where you buy 1 get 1 free.  We were not aware of the special but he just offered  it to us.  We have had problems with other "bigger" tire and auto centers not always being very honest.   Felt that Telle Tire was a refreshing change in that area.  Hope we've found a tire and auto center that we can trust.

Their prices were reasonable.  I haven't had any problems with the engine since its from a junk yard.  They know who I am when I go there.  It's a very personalized service.  I trust them.  I had to wait a week to finish the job.

They provide excellent service. We were able to order tires ahead of time. They helped us select the tires over the phone. So we were able to get the service done and to have the new tires replaced in a very short time. Excellent customer service!
