carpet cleaners
+ -1 moreI called Monday morning, August 20th, to set up an appointment for that week. Jason scheduled me for Friday, 24th, between 10:00 - 10:30 a.m. I explained that I had a house full of furniture arriving Tuesday of next week and needed to have the carpet cleaned prior to furniture arriving. Jason never showed up...never called. I called several times, and left at least two messages. I tried calling over the weekend, but calls were still going to voicemail. At such a late notice I wasn't able to get someone else to come in and clean the carpets prior to Tuesday.
Description of Work: No service performed. Swift Carpet Cleaning never showed up...never called to explain reason for not showing up, or to reschedule.
