Description of Work: Added 2 three season rooms to our lake house. One - we had a large deck enclosed. The second was a large screened in porch and patio. The did quality work. Showed up when they said they would. Completed the work very professionally. They were easy to work with.

 + -1 moreWe started exploring options for an area for our new hot tub in late Oct. We got bids from several companies and Lake Sunrooms was the most detailed and the least expensive. We acted as our own general contractor. They helped us with getting the room approved by our HOA and the building department of our City. We got our building permit just after Thanksgiving. Everything worked like clockwork. The pad was completed a week before the hot tub was delivered and construction started the day after delivery of the tub. Every night the crew cleaned up the work area in a workman fashion, and made sure we were able to use tub if we wanted (and we did). Even the building inspector was impressed with the room.
Description of Work: We selected Lake Sunrooms to build a 3 Season Sunroom for our new hot tub. Mike, the owner, was very professional and helped us make good decisions about the best options for our needs. His crew of Rick and Brad were very prompt and courteous. The room looks great and is a great addition to our home. .
