We started exploring options for an area for our new hot tub in late Oct. We got bids from several companies and Lake Sunrooms was the most detailed and the least expensive. We acted as our own general contractor. They helped us with getting the room approved by our HOA and the building department of our City. We got our building permit just after Thanksgiving. Everything worked like clockwork. The pad was completed a week before the hot tub was delivered and construction started the day after delivery of the tub. Every night the crew cleaned up the work area in a workman fashion, and made sure we were able to use tub if we wanted (and we did). Even the building inspector was impressed with the room.
