Every thing went well. Unit is quiet and efficient. We are looking forward to lower electric bills. Crew was efficient, hard working and courteous.

Installation was done quickly and efficiently. The installers didn't take a lot of care with positioning the unit, leaving a one inch gap by the wall that will trap dirt, as well as running some of the pipes/tubing in an awkward way. But it's in a utility room so maybe not a big deal. The installation was done in the fall and they couldn't check the freon level, so we had to get them back in the summer to do that part. We were told a representative would contact us to make sure everything worked but no one ever did. The new system has worked great and the electric bill is lower than before.
