TIMBER RIDGE CONSTRUCTION

We picked the design of the house and we went up to check on the progress and the put the wrong roof on, among other things. Then when it came to pick the lighting we was told that we would have books and books to go through to chose and well it WAS a Lie I was told that what we picked is over our budget and we will have to pay out of pocket. They lie to your face, and even with a text to back up your story they said we read it wrong when the message said here's a web site go pick out your lights you need so in so room lighting and we took and picked light for the dinning room. Here we are 3 week behind we was suppose to be able to move in at the first and then the 15th and now the end of the month well went there to day and they need to repaint, fix the Brocken tub, ( the tile guy used it for a ladder) and on an on.

It is a brand new development, and the builder, Darryl, has been more than accommodating to all of our needs as they arise.  With any new construction, things pop up or may not go as planned, but Darryl and his crew are outside working sunup to sundown, sodding yards and helping people with all the littlest details of their homes.  He is pleasant, friendly, and even drove with us to the electric company to set up our utilities and get us a discount.  Some of our neighbors will say he takes a while to get things done, but you have to remember:  he has 200 brand new homes to deal with, yet he maintains maximum visibility and prioritizes the work that needs to be done.  I would not recommend his crew for privacy fence construction, those fences are put up in a day and they just look terrible.  Drive around and you'll see 1-2 year old fences falling apart.  The homes, however, could not be sturdier.  The builders even gave us a free garage door keypad/opener and screen door for the patio, simply because we asked.  They brought us fertilizer and recommended a feed store in town to get the best rates on chemicals for our lawn.  (Sod is an animal in and of itself.)  The builders and the developers are available by phone 24 hours a day, to address any questions about the homes.  "Hey why did the light above my shower go off while I was in it?"  someone once asked during a 4 am phone call to the Timber Ridge, only to be politely taught about the safety glass and how it will shut off when it reaches a certain temperature.  As these homes settle, Tiber Ridge is on the ball to replace any and all cracks, issues, complaints, touch-ups, whatever you may need, above and beyond, with a smile.

Poor

Jason absconded with $152,000 plus dollars for the building of this home and only completed 53% of the project. Of the 53% it was shoddy and inhabitable. He has 35 active judgments against him. Jason makes a practice of praying upon disabled and elderly people. My fianc is blind. With Jason able to abscond with this money, my fianc was forced to sell the property and he has been financially ruined. Right now Jason has been ordered by the MO attorney General that he is to do NO construction work in the state of MO.
