He brought 3 gallons of cheap bleach to use to power wash. He did some damage to the deck, by power washing too hard. After power washing the deck, he put too thin of a layer and the water penetrated the layer an stained the wood.  After power washing the deck, he put the stain on the deck and didn't look at weather forecast, and it started to rain within 2 hours of him putting on the stain. Which in turn didn't allow enough time for the deck stain to set.They left runs of stain on pillars. He didn't finish the whole deck and my sister and I had to go back and finish the job.
