 + -1 moreAfter an employee improperly installed a clutch for my sons vehicle, it fell apart less than 2 hours of the repair. The employee then lied and made an attempt to get more money for additional services. I called Jack, the owner, who towed the vehicle to the shop at his expense. Jack then looked at the repairs and told me his employee improperly installed the clutch and that he would order a new one and have it installed properly at no additional cost. Everyone knows mistakes can be made, especially in the repair industry; kudos to Jack who stood tall, admitted the error and took care of his customer. His honesty has forever earned my business.
