Description of Work: Don Miller had a signed contract to recover (re-roof) my home. His bid was the lowest I received--additionally he offered a senior discount. By all appearances he was professional. He asked for a 50% deposit $1018.00 -- he never did the job. For the first two months he had a host of excuses from death in family, car problems, supplier issues, herina operation, etc. After 8 weeks, he said he was not going to be able to do the roof and said he would return my deposit. Again the excuses happened: wrong zip code, check lost in the mail, drop the cash off 4x, etc. Guess he won. I reported to BBB.
