Dave & Kelly's Heating & Cooling

We had hoped that we could get by with just fixing the furnace. Dave came out to our house on two occasions trying to fix it before we landed on needing to replace it. It was a valiant effort and we appreciated his honesty throughout the process. While we were at it, we also replaced our old A/C unit as well since there was a cost savings to do it at the same time. We would definitely recommend!

This is the third or fourth time I've had Dave out to fix my old furnace, and I am always pleased with the results. This time it was Saturday evening. Our heat sensor needed cleaning; we had cleaned, but apparently not well enough. He came out, went right to work, and had us back up and running in no time. He's honest, courteous and professional.

Dave and Kelly are my "go to" heating and cooling company. I have worked with Dave numerous times and he is the most honest contractor I have ever dealt with. Dave will be very straightforward with his customers on what needs to be done and what is a waste a money. It is very refreshing to work with a company like Dave and Kelly's where you know that you are not being taken advantage of.

I woke up on a Saturday morning to 18 degrees outside and no heat. I called my home warranty company and they sent Dave.
He contacted me and arrived within an hour. He fixed the problem quickly and professionally. I would use him again.

It went AWESOME !!!  The Provider performed the job so smoothly it seemed as if they had no problems at all.  There were two of them, and they worked together perfectly.  They explained every step, as well as took the time to thoroughly explain the warranty, and explain the work that was done.  We could not have asked for a better company  They were polite and very courteous. And didn't have a problem with questions.  And in the end there was no clean up for us.  I believe that the unit had to acclimate itself to our house for several days, but it's running fantastic, and the digital thermostat is perfect, and easy to use.

I would definitely call them again.

For the first visit, I went through my home warranty company.  The problem with the furnace was due to a leak in the vent pipe so the warranty company didn't cover the work, but Dave was professional, courteous and made sure that I knew upfront that the warranty company wasn't going to cover the work.

For the second visit, he came out late in the evening because my furnace had died.  He quickly figured out what the problem was and made sure that I did contact the warranty company as this problem was completely separate from my inducer motor and would be covered.  He couldn't fix the problem that evening, but was back bright and early the next morning to replace the part.  I really appreciated that he was so prompt both times and really worked with me to make sure that I knew what was going on.

Called on a Saturday morning and spoke with Dave.  I had several problems with the current heat pump due to tripping the breaker.
I had more than one tell me that the cause was the heat pump.   Dave came out the same morning and checked the heat pump and found the problem, which was no surprise.  We made an agreement on the unit to be installed and price.   
The same day a crew came out and installed a new heat pump.  The a/c has worked as it should since.   Winter is here now and
the heat appears to be working fine also.
Dave and his crew were very nice and professional.   I would use them again.  Hope that won"t be necessary.

Dave answered the hone at 7:30 PM and said he could come over and take a look. He was here 10 minutes later. He was very courteous and professional. Dave knew exactly what to do.

Our home warranty company contacted Dave and Kelly's to come out and repair our A/C unit.  We had already had another major, well-known, company look at and diagnose the problem and suggest a solution that did not resolve the problem.  Then we remembered we had a home warranty so we called them and they sent Dave & Kelly's out.  The issue was a bit complex and not what the other company told us it was.  Dave stayed on it until he resolved the issue and came up with a solution.  Actually thought they had it fixed and when the problem reoccurred within hours, they came right back out, reviewed it again, researched the issue.  Came back out, on a SATURDAY, no less, made the repair and A/C has been working beatifully since. Very nice to work with, years of experience. Will definitely call them again when/if the need arises.

AC stopped working. I called our warranty company and Dave and Kelly's came out later that day. The fix turned out to be simple so they performed the work free of charge. Professional and efficient.

Our A/C stopped runnig on one of the hottest days of the year and we called our home warranty company to put in a claim. It was assigned to Dave & Kelly's Plumbing. I called to set up an appointment and was told that it would be Monday the following week before they could get to me. I explained the situation and they said that they would have someone call me on Saturday to see if they could come out that morning. Later that afternoon my wife got a call from Dave. He said that he was ahead of schedule and would it be all right if he came out that afternoon. Of course, she told him to please come that afternoon. He diagnosed the problem and changed the capacitor and reset the system. Everything worked perfectly and we were back to normal temperature in less than 8 hours.

The furnace and hot water heater were both leaking carbon monoxide (according to the home inspection) and needed to be replaced immediately. We bought the house as is. All 3 units, a/c, furnace and hot water heater were at least 20 years old. My sister called Dave and Kelly's but hung up before they answered. Dave called her back and they discussed the getting an estimate. She told me how nice he was and ask me to call him since I was taking care of getting the house ready for occupancy. Dave came the next day and gave me an estimate. I obtained 3 others over the next few days. I was new at this so I called each of the bidders several times with questions, over the next 3 weeks some called back some didn't. Dave always did. He said he welcomed my questions because the better informed I was the easier it would be to make a decision. I decided on Dave and Kelly's because of price, courtesy and availability. Dave had to come out again to redo the estimate because I had added a couple of things I wanted done, he did so with graciousness. The day was chosen to begin work and they were there on time. During the two days it took to get all of the units installed they kept the area they were working in clean, advised me when the water would be turned off and on, played with my dogs and allowed me to take pictures to document the process. When they were done with the instillation I was given all the literature and given a chance to ask questions about the units. Dave explained the warranty information to me and how the thermostat worked. Both men were respectful, efficient, funny and easy to have in my new home, I was totally at ease with them and I couldn't be happier with the new units.

These gentlemen are true professionals. I liked every aspect of this experience; from the sales pitch to the final test of the installed components. These guys will take care of you.
