I really wish that I could provide a positive review but I cannot, even though I like Jake and he works hard when he is working - which it turns out is rare. Like other reviewers here, my experience with Jake is that he is basically a one-man show and he will go days to weeks not bothering to show up, presumably because he is working on other jobs. I have confronted him several times, telling him that he needs to communicate with me when he will and will not be on the job working, but he refuses to do so. He ignores my texts and won't take my calls, acting in a very non-professional, childish manner. He started my project, a 6,000' sq ft building, back in October with a contractual due date of 12/24/24 yet he is still far from finished four months past that date. Despite having paid him over $200,000 thus far, I have serious doubts that he will ever finish this job. His irresponsible and unprofessional behavior force me to strongly warn others against hiring him for anything.

DO NOT USE. WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND NOT DO ANYTHING OR LOOK BACK. CROOK. CONMAN

Could not recommend less. Took money for materials that were never purchased and lied about it multiple times saying they where ordered and did not own up to it even when I contacted the supplier directly demanded almost entirety of money for the project mid way though (per HIS contract was not due till the end of the project) and was very angry when I would not pay him and was told â circumstances changeâ would not show up for multiple month at a time and when he did show up would only come for 1/2 a day and then was gone for weeks. We are left with un reparable foundation issues absolutely horrible framing and concrete flat work multiple leaks resulting in the entire roof needing replaced incorrect color and layout of multiple things. If you want to light 120 grand on fire heâ s your guy!

Jacob did an amazing job with our remodel! He was very knowledgable and really went the extra mile. Probably 100 extra miles. We honestly couldn't be happier!

Jacob built us a barn. It was a great and easy process with him as the builder. He s work quality is superior to many others I have seen. He works hard and gets the job done right. Great person to be around
