I could not be more satisfied! We bought a used piano from a family that no longer wanted it. The utmost care was taken by Richard and Kim to move it to our home. Richard then tuned the piano and exceeded my expectations. He was very thorough in checking all the mechanics and making sure everything functioned properly. I would definitely hire him again for anything piano. Very pleased and reasonably priced.

He was punctual and very professional. His knowledge base of different piano types is mind-blowing. He is very trustworthy to the point that I felt comfortable leaving him while the work was in progress to take care of an immediate concern at my children's school.
