Jeremy took our deposit in June 2024 to have a deck completed by Labor Day. He had every excuse under the sun as to why he had not started the job. In October 2024 he ceased all contact and did not respond to messages. He took over $8500.00. We have also been in contact with MO AG. IF anyone is considering doing business with him run the opposite direction. We are so frustrated and disappointed as we had done business in the past and were satisfied with the work. This time we were scammed. I hope someday we will get our deposit back.

Took our 14k deposit and won't return it. Jeremy Watson the owner told us he does not have our money. Hired them 6 27 2023 over a year and NO Work has started. Filed complaint with MO AG, BBB and contacted local news outlets. We have given JWatson every opportunity to make this right and he has chosen to steal our money.

They came out and did the work after we wait for months and months to get supplies. We understand the supplies were because of supply chain issues and not them. Then their work crews did not finish the job correctly and they will not return and finish the job. They have completely ghosted us. The work is unfinished looking and shoddy. Structurally it looks ok but it looks very poorly done.

This is a great organization from the top down. The owner was respectful and responsive. The team he sent built a quality product in a very timely manor. They were very nice and easy to talk to as well. Highly recommend.

Our old deck was falling apart and coming off the house. Couldn’t be happier with the new, bigger deck and pergola. Excellent craftmanship and price, would highly recommend to anyone and have even passed along their contact information to several co-workers. So happy we went with Outdoor Creations and Design. Amazing results and they had the old one off and new one on in under 3 days.

While I felt that the price I paid was a bit much, the work was high quality, the materials used appear to be high quality, the job was done in the time frame specified, and the workers were friendly and professional. All in all, I consider this a positive experience, and I would absolutely recommend this company.

They came on Monday and gave me the estimate said they would start on Wednesday. Ended up starting on Tuesday and finished on Wednesday. Deck looks awesome. I love it. Will hire them again.

Incredibly well done and quick. Flawless design and good communication. The area was not completely clean when finished but honestly it was way better than I expected. I would recommend them again and again. Planning on using the company again later this summer for another project!

Poor workmanship have not fixed problems on my deck. Ball ester is falling out. Poor grade of decking and 6x6 corners.

"As a company we bent over backwards to replace every board this customer asked us to. She made it out as we are a bad company because of the quality of wood she received. She was told multiple times that treated pine has knots and if she wanted perfect boards would need to purchase a composite deck. She complained the whole time, even called my lumber company and complained. We changed out all the bad boards. She said she was happy, and set an appointment for me to collect a check. When I arrived she screamed and yelled at me like I was a child, and refused to pay me! I am almost positive she was never going to pay, because she couldn't afford it. My guys worked their butts off on this job only to not be paid. This is being taken up in Court, and we will win. There was a private inspector that found everything except 2 balusters were loose. My Family and Business suffered because of these actions by this Customer"

The employees were very professional. The job site was cleaned of all scrape lumber from both the old and new decking. If the Foreman in charge didn't like the looks of how part of the decking was installed he would make them change out . We are very happy with the workmanship.
