They were very thorough and even detected a couple of things that could be inexpensively repaired that could have caused problems in the future.

The workers were very busy and had a little trouble finding time to get to my job, but they came when they said they would. I saw both the father and the son, and both were extremely polite and easy to talk to. They gave suggestions as to how the problem I had could be solved, then worked carefully until the work was done.
