Absolutely excellent service.  I had used him once before with an air conditioning problem.  He came out on two Saturdays and couldn't find the problem (not his fault as it only occurred when the unit ran for several minutes ) on his first visit.  He didn't charge me for the calll!  On the second visit he found the problem and on the following Monday he was able to get the part and repair it for a very reasonable charge.

This time my furnace wouldn't work when I first tried to use it this season.  He came out and discovered that the computer panel (mother board) wasn't functioning and there were 3 heat exchangers cracked.  I chose to replace the furnace rather than repair it.  He spent an entire day replacing it, took away all the old parts and charged what I felt was well below what I was expecting to pay.  He patiently answered all my questions and was extremely professional and knowledgable.

The fees were very reasonable. He only charged me for the repair, not for the day he visited to diagnose the problem. On that Saturday, he visited and told me what the problem was but could not get the part, and he did not charge me for this visit.
