Jack was very communicative about when to expect him, he said he'd call when he was headed my way. He then called to let me know that he was on the way and would be at the house in 22-25 minutes. He showed up when he said he would. He had a tough clog to undo, but persisted until the clog was cleared. He was almost to the road. We're pretty sure that roots have grown into the sewer line, but my water is flowing freely again and I'm super grateful for that. He even cleaned up the area and my floor when he was done. The last guys we had before never did, so that made me even more appreciative!!

The service man (Mark) arrived right on time. He was courteous and efficient. He used a machine to check for a blockage that was causing water and sewage to back up in our basement. He found the blockage, removed it, and made sure that everything was working ok afterwards. He answered all questions. The services were covered by our Homeowner's warranty, so I can't comment on the price, but I would call them again.
