called appliance repair number, service man arrived within 1 hour and assessed refrigerator, found problem, and showed problem to us. repaired refrigerator to work until new part arrived, new part arrived within 1 week, returned per scheduled time and finished repair on frig. Very knowledgeable, friendly and professional
