Great customer service and responsiveness. We originally called Friday to receive a quote. On Saturday, we called back again to see if there was any way they could send someone out that same day. They were very kind and understanding and did not make us feel like an inconvenience for requesting service on a weekend. The gentlemen proceeded to start pulling the well prior to us arriving at the house. He was very friendly and answered any questions we had. He tested our old pump to confirm it was in fact the pump that was bad. He installed the new one and even put chlorine tablets in our well to kill any bacteria that may be in there. and we were charged about $1400.00 which was a couple hundred less then anyone else in the area.
