The service was never performed. I bought the deal, sent a message, heard back some time later that he was out of town for a family emergency, which is certainly understandable and that he would contact me at a later time to do the service. Much time after the date he gave me I still had not heard any response even though I reached out repeatedly. I stopped contacting him and asked Angie's List for a refund.

I honestly don't remember much. Must have gone quite easily for me. I would definitely call them again!!

I end up have a new furance installed.

He confirmed my suspicions that I needed a new board. I asked would he come back and install if I got one. He said yes. I have ordered a new board and will schedule a next appointment. Very thorough and professional.

After trying to clean my furnace using the good ole "YouTube" method, I broke my igniter. He got the part I broke, rewired my system, and got it running again in a couple hours. I would have definitely made fun of myself if I were in his shoes, but he was very courteous and professional. I will definitely be using him as my "guy" from now on.

I was satisfied with the work performed

We purchased our home and discovered that our HVAC was malfunctioning. We went through our Home Warranty heating/cooling contractor for two months trying to get the problem fix. The unit would work the day the contractor was there but the lines would immediately freeze and shut off within 3 hours after they left. The Home Warranty contractor continuously came out (same company) and put new freezeon in the line. After multiple attempts of unresolved results and the hot summer, we decided to locate a vendor ourselves to permanently fix the problem. Using Home Advisor we located Mr Walker firm. He was resposive to our call and came out immediately when we called his company to review the problem. His cost was very competitive. He end up fixing the issue and checked the heating element to ensure it would operate this fall/winter. Great customer service and very professional. He knows his business. Thank you Mr. Walker!

It went exceptionally well, his prices where the cheapest and his punctuality is what really won me over, he had to come back a couple of times for parts and every time was exactly like he said. I would use him again and highly recommend him

It went very well because I had too other contractors come out and couldn't get the furnace to work.Mr Walker seemed as he had the right tools to figure out what was wrong.
