Quality Door is an owner/operated business. As the owner of the company I handle all aspects of every project from start to finish. Since I have very little "overhead" I can operate at a low cost. In return I can pass those low cost to you. Quality Door is fully Insured and Bonded. As the only person at Quality door I can not offer 24 hour service. However I can be reached by phone at any time.

I've used a couple different companies in the past at my old house and wanted to try someone different at my new location. I live in St. Charles County so searched for companies in this area first. After reading the reviews and checking BBB, decided to give Quality Door a try. I was very pleased with Jeremy and the work he did. He replaced my torsion springs with heavier duty ones at no additional cost and diagnosed/fixed a problem with my garage door sagging when it opened/closed (this had caused unusual wear and a crack in a panel). He took the time to explain my options, including replacing the entire door, but recommended installing struts to reinforce the door instead. I went with that option and the door works perfectly now. In addition, he also performed a courtesy check of my garage door opener and lubricated everything. Jeremy was very clean cut, professional, and returned my call shortly after I left a message. He arrived in the window when he said he would and gave me a courtesy call prior that he was on his way. I would recommend him, esp. being a small business owner, and the price was very reasonable.

The torsion spring on my garage door broke (the big spring above the door). It left my car locked inside my garage because I wasn't strong enough to lift the door with the other spring still holding it down. Jeremy came out the same day within a couple of hours of my call, and had it fixed in under an hour. He is very nice and professional and got the door open for me to move my car before he started working. I would definitely hire him again. Fantastic!

When I left for work on Friday, 12/22 my garage door broke as I was leaving. Once I got to work I looked for a repair company thinking my chances were slim to find availability before Christmas on Monday. I found Quality Door online via yellowpages, reviewed on Angie's List and contacted them. Jeremy answered and offered to squeeze me into his schedule that evening between 3-5 pm. He contacted me shortly before 3 and advised he would be there in 15 minutes. He quickly identified the problem, provided a reasonable estimate and got to work. Jeremy was polite, professional, timely and knowledgeable. The work was completed in less than an hour. I highly recommend Quality Door and will absolutely use this company for all future garage door needs. Without a doubt I will recommend Jeremy to anyone in need of this service.

We seamlessly communicated about scheduling a few times via texting and he showed up promptly as scheduled and completed the work efficiently and cheerfully. He installed new springs, checked everything else out, made some adjustments to the door, and cleaned up in about 45 minutes. Jeremy was very friendly and prompt. He called me ahead of time to let me know when he would be there.

Jeremy called the day before and needed our special order number so that he could pickup our new doors and said he would pick them up before he came out the next day. Jeremy showed up right on time and him and his assistant both introduced themselves and informed us exactly what they were going to do and they went right to work. They started with our smaller garage door 10x8 and my wife and I went to irk on things around the yard. Jeremy and his assistant disassembled the old door and and set it off to the side then took the new door off the truck and started putting up the new track and then proceeded to put the new door into place. During the installation Jeremy came over to my wife and I and asked us about the door and the windows in it and said they should go in this position and we were like sure that's where we want it. They completely finished installing the new door and opener before they said that they needed us to move our tractor out of the house garage and they went right to work on disassembling the 18x7 garage door. Jeremy and his assistant are the most professional installer that my wife and I have ever had the privilege to work with. Once they finished the disassembly and reinstalling the new door they set up the remotes for both door and set up for the remote opener and made sure we fully understood how the doors worked and how they operated and showed us that they functioned properly before they loaded up the old doors and we gave them the check and my wife and I gave our thanks and that we appreciated their hard work and their professionalism.

He showed up on time. Good appearance. No problem letting him into my home. Very professional. Took down the old door and installed the new one. Hooked up my door opener and adjusted it. Cleaned up after himself and hauled away the old door and all the trash.

Job went really well. They showed up reframed opening, had the new door installed and working in lest than 5 hrs, Cleaned up very nicely, very polite and respectful. This was the 3rd door iv had installed with them and will be having them do my next shop door in the fall
