Extraordinary Exteriors & Restoration

RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN!  Initial work done acceptable except they used a different color shingle for caps.  We had to call them out to fix that. They completely overlooked the roof on the bay window in the back of the house.  Gutter downspouts s*** water from seems during rain.  We have yet to receive any warranty information even though we were told there was a warranty.  Have tried to call Bryan Moon since August and he will not answer or return my phone calls.  I  called the office and talked to an employee. I explained that part of my roofing was not done, the downspouts have issues, and Bryan Moon refuses to talk to me.  He said he was driving and asked me to send it to him in an email and he'd look into it.  I never heard from him again.  This company does NOT deliver a quality job and has non-existant customer service.  They refuse to fix their issues, deliver warranty information, or even speak to clients.  WILL NEVER USE THIS CONTRACTOR AGAIN.
