I was nervous about pictures falling off the walls. When Jeff came back to give me status information about the date materials would be placed on my roof, he came in my home and addressed all of my concerns. Bottom line is, I left my home at 6:45am to pick up a friend from the airport, and when I returned later in the evening, I had a brand new roof! You could not even tell that they had been there! Absolutely zero mess, amazing follow-up and continuous communication with the Villa owners.

The whole process was super easy. The salesman Mike was great to work with and made coordinating with the insurance claim very easy. The workers finished early and the crew was super clean and friendly.

Crown Exteriors came out to inspect my roof for hail and wind damage. They said that I needed a new roof and to file an insurance claim. They walked me through the entire insurance process from start to finish. I absolutely love my roof and would highly recommend them

Helpful in finding the right fit for my price range and the area we live. No upscale of materials or items needed to be replaced. If anything talked me out of many things others could have easily talked me into adding.

I thought everything went fine until I noticed the roof was leaking. Crown sent out a sub to look at the leak. He was not happy he had to come look at our roof and told us several times hew did not work for Crown and he was doing them a favor. He even cussed at my wife because she could not be at the house when he was going to be 2 hours later than he had told us he would be there. After the subcontractor visited we did not hear anything from Crown. I called them a few weeks later and the office manager claimed she thought the project manager had contacted me. She went on to tell me that the leak was not their fault because the prior roof had been installed incorrectly and they installed it incorrectly again. She then offered to fix the roof for a fee. I called the project manager who sold me the job and he did not know anything about what had happened and agreed that they should have at least informed me of the issue and discussed a resolution while they were installing the roof. He told me he would contact the owner and get back with me in a week. It has been almost three weeks and I have heard nothing. I contacted him to see if he had talked to the owner of the company and he has not responded.

Not satisfactory. Did nor cover landscaping and only used tarps for debris is a few areas. Put bundles of shingles on top of plants, threw large portions of old shingles on to schrubs and decorative japanese maple tree. Damaged gutters, facia, soffit and trim. Final bill was increased by over $650.00 from contract price. Very disrespectful of our property, so far no leaks. Brought trash & debris from another job and dumped in our front yard, scraps of sheet metal trim and shingles, the pile was about 8 foot in diameter and about 4 foot tall. Our neighbor came out several times to ask them not to throw trash an debris in his yard and asked tyem not to drag the tarp from another job across his from yard and driveway, the he removed a gas can from his yard and put it at the curb

In one word? Nightmare. Crown Roofing, unbeknownst to me, decided to sub-contract out the job. Sub contractor damaged siding (see photo) and then subsequently performed poor workmanship on the roof. Felt wasn't installed in key areas (see photo). Hired independent engineer to verify extent of damage. Crown Roofing failed to have proper insurance (see attached denial of claim from his insured). His offer? Release him of all liability related to the roof and he will replace $1,700 in siding. The roof alone was $18,000. Neither party will accept copeability and to educate all out there insurance does not cover poor workmanship. Not their insurance company nor mine. This is a significant claim. Buyer beware - steer clear.

They finished the roof in one day and cleaned up satisfactorily. The roof looks great and we would certainly recommend Crown to others needing this service.
