Rentals - Equipment
The table and chairs were fine but the linens were badly stained. Also, the $70 delivery fee was never discussed with me at any point, it was simply charged to my account. The delivery fee was twice the cost of the actual rental. Had it been discussed with me before the delivery, I would have either gone with another company or made arrangements to pick up the equipment myself. I tried to discuss this with the manager but he hung up on me. Universal dropped off the equipment a day early so they could close for the holiday and they were a day late in picking the equipment up. That left us having to locate storage space for the table and chairs.
