They are very good. They are pretty expensive. The workers were very nice. They do great work, very reliable, very honest and very nice.

I should have know that a cleaning service would not be capable of the particular needs that I requested. I was willing to pay extra to get the items I wanted accomplished but it didn't happen with enough consistency. After the (4) picture of my filthy kitchen floor, I had to let them go. If you are particular, move on. I think they would be great for someone that just requires the basics done. Someone perhaps like a single person with no family and pets that travels 90% of the time. The pictures below were taken immediately following a cleaning.

Not very well. Asked the company to have the maids scrub the master bathroom floor. Their add says they do this. No they do not. They use something similar to a Bona floor mop. Doesn't clean the grout like I asked. Their floor cleaning is, hit and miss.

I have used this company on several different occasions and each time they leave the place sparkiling.  As an owner of a black Labrador, my house can get dog hair all over it, but these ladies leave my house sparkling!

They were very professional.  Although most of the cleaners were difficult to understand, the leader spoke enough English that we could communicate.  Also a manger of sorts came to watch over the staff since it was our first time.  They did a very nice job.  I have hired them for regular cleanings so I will write another review after I have had them for a while.

There were five people here for about two hours. They cleaning was superior, excellent, and beyond my expectations.

They did an OK job, but they didn't move easy-to-move items as they said they would over the phone and they broke a light bulb and didn't notify me of it. Also, when I tried (and ultimately engaged) a competitor's service approximately 6 weeks later for a comparable Spring Cleaning, I was charged less for a more thorough cleaning.

It was not a good experience. On the upper floor, I could see the dust left on the back half of the cabinets. The woman assigned to dust only swept a cloth in front of items and never lifted anything. In the kitchen, the floor was supposed to be swept and mopped. After the "maids" left, I found paper and food on the floor that my son had dropped earlier. It was obvious that the woman assigned to the kitchen didn't move chairs and didn't mop or sweep anything but the easy to reach or obvious places. I was in the basement while the cleaning happened and could hear the woman vacuuming the living room floor. Because it's wood, I could hear one of my sons toys ricochetting around as she hit it with the sweeper rather then pick it up. I found it under a chair later, and there was no evidence that she moved the chair at all. This was the worst cleaning I've ever received. To make matters worse, two supervisors came to inspect and found nothing wrong. They seemed to really be there to get me to commit to future cleanings. Despite the price quoted for my first cleaning, I was told that future cleanings would cost more. When I made an off-hand comment that it would be hard to explain to my husband why a 2 bedroom, 1/5 bath house would cost more than $100 to clean, I was told that it was my job to educate him. Although I cannot know the woman's intentions, I thought the comment was delivered in a condescending way. After the team left, I found the areas that were partially or never cleaned and called the office. The next day a manager came and cleaned the areas herself. While I appreciated this, it was hard for me to schedule time to be home and I really just needed my house to be clean the first time. WHen I called, the woman I spoke with also complained that she had a hard time finding workers and that there was a lot of employee turnover. This was very different than what I'd been told--that the same team members would clean my house each time. The goal couldn't be met if employees shifted as much as I was told in the second conversation. The real kicker is that I was expected to pay the cleaning ladies immediately after the cleaning and I was handed a written bill for the full amount. I had contracted for an introductory fee, which should have been $25 off. Because no one on the team spoke English and expected me to pay the full amount, I foolishly did. I never did receive my $25, so I got a lousy cleaning, strong armed treatment, and I paid more than I was quoted. Not a good experience.

The floors were well done and they dusted all the pictures that were hanging but they didn't dust the top of my refrigerator. For the money that spent it wasn't a really thorough job. They did do a follow up phone call and they were very pleasant.

We called The Maids on Monday and they were able to fit us in by Thursday of the same week. They came about half an hour early, which wasn't a major deal, but a little bit inconvenient. The cleaning itself was amazing! There was a team of 4 maids, each with backpack vacuums that sucked up every bit of dust, dirt, and dog hair in our house (our dog sheds A LOT, and there wasn't a single fur in the house afterwards!). There was mold on the inside of our bathroom door that has been there since we moved in 9 months ago; we were never able to make a dent in it, but The Maids were able to completely get rid of it! Our house has never looked as good as it did after they cleaned it. Unfortunately, there were a few downsides. First, none of the maids spoke a word of English, which made it difficult for me to explain to them what I wanted them to focus on. A supervisor (who spoke English) showed up 30-60 min after the maids arrived, and I think he may have been able to convey what I wanted (I'm not sure - no one ever mentioned anything to me). By the time he arrived they'd already been cleaning for quite a while, so it probably didn't make much difference. Secondly, while one of the maids was cleaning the bathroom, the shower door was somehow removed. The supervisor helped her put the door back on, but none of this was relayed to me. Had I known, my husband and I would have looked into it. When I took a shower the next morning, the door fell on me. Right after this, I also noticed the bar of soap I had opened the day before had been thrown away. So at this point I'd been hit with a shower door and now had no soap. I called the company to tell them about this, and they called back to offer me a verbal apology, stating "I don't know what I can do other than offer my apology." I'm not sure what I wanted them to do, but the apology was pretty weak considering the giant bruise I'm now bearing. Thirdly, I thought they were overpriced. The charge for a first-time cleaning was $284, then the quote they gave us for a monthly cleaning was $210 (probably an hour 45 min of cleaning time), and every other week would be $170 (probably 1-1 1/2 hours). We would use them again for a major job, but their weekly/monthly rates are just too high. Overall, though, the maids have cleaned our house above and beyond our expectations, and we would hire them again (but supervise in the bathroom).

They are very detailed; they hand scrub the kitchen and bathroom floors. They also vacuum under couch cushions. Their price is very good for what they do. They have a big staff, so they are able to work quickly. They make sure you are happy.

I like that they leave a detail report after each cleaning. I trust them with a key to my home and like that they are insured and bonded. They have never missed a week, they are very dependable and I appreciate that.

I called, left a message and in two hours I was able to schedule an appointment on Monday (even though I called on Thursday). I was not home, but they arrived at 10 and stayed until 12:30. Although on the phone, the scheduler had guessed an hour for the rate of $120 an hour, they needed to work over two hours. The bill they left on the table was for only 2 hours. I was called three days later to see how I liked the work. I paid the bill that day. I noticed that practically every surface had been cleaned and certain spots like the kitchen and bathroom actually shined. The whole house felt serene and orderly. I felt so calm and am still enjoying the boost it gave me. I had never used a house cleaner in this house I've lived in for 14 years. It really needed expert cleaning. It got it.

They do an excellent job and are very detailed, but they are relatively expensive. They come with 4 people and a supervisor. They have a special vacuum cleaner that cleans the air.
