SuddenLink is the only choice for internet where I live. I think they charge WAY too much for their service, but the alternative is to have no service at all.

Technician arrived exactly on time, was very courteous, professional, knowledgeable; although a few weeks later we had trouble with our bedroom cable service, called for service, and that tech arrived on time, was very professional, and indicated that the first installation tech put a box at the 2nd cable location that was not needed, removed it and no problems since.

I highly recommend NOT using Suddenlink for your internet provider. If you are able to get Verizon or some other service..do it. There are a few problems with them.
1. They give you a very low quality router...so if you download anything even just 3 pictures to send in an email it will take FOREVER>>>>>also if you skype or oovoo after about 10 minutes on there it will start to have a bad delay and break up or just stop working all together...I had to call Alexander Internet to find out that my router is the problem b/c its very low quality and I have to unplug it for like 5 min then plug it back in just to get it to work normally ...I have to do this all the time.
2. They charge you a service charge of a few dollars if you call in for technical help!!!!!! That is crazy.
3. Our technician told us to call him on his cell if we have any problems in the future and when we did...yea...he never answered we left 3 messages.
